Quick rules for a Yankee swap
- Everyone brings one wrapped gift. Set a budget first.
- Draw numbers (we did that above). Player 1 opens a gift.
- Each later player either opens a new gift or steals an opened one.
- A gift can usually be stolen up to 2 or 3 times, then it's locked.
- Player 1 often gets a final chance to swap at the end.
